"My husband and I are tour operators. We specialise in bringing American choirs to Europe. When we were approached by a choir from Philadelphia to organise a choir tour in South Africa, we were excited at the prospect, but really needed help, as we had no experience there. In stepped Life and Luxury. We and our clients could not have had a better trip. It was truly life-changing.
From the moment the choir's flight landed in Johannesburg until the moment of their departure from Cape Town, every detail was seen to, every need met and all was done with great professionalism and enthusiasm.
Our guides could not have been more attentive, and all the sightseeing and concert arrangements carefully organised.
But what really made the trip special was the visits to the townships in Soweto and Langa. We were privileged to meet the local people and were welcomed with the most wonderful hospitality and the most marvelous food as well. For the choir, the chance to sing with local choral groups was unforgettable.
After the choir returned to the States, my husband and I had another week in the Cape. This, too, was organised by Life and Luxury. We had a beautiful week and stayed in carefully selected, lovely hotels.
Our tours really were amazing adventures. We and our clients could not have had a better experience, and we will definitely contact Life and Luxury should another request for a South African tour arise. "
